Reviews & Experiences

"Kenya was a great experience and one of its kind. Especially Saruni Andrew was excellent and the food arrangements done at the Porini camp was the best. Thanks to the complete team and I hope I plan next time with a good team and visit again. Special thanks to Mr. Nirmalya and Mrs. Juhi madam for their meticulous support on the minute arrangements right from spending time explaining the wildlife conservation process upto arranging early morning coffees, packed lunch, mid meal snacks, etc. It was great especially with a kid to get such a comfortable feel at home experience. Thank you for your support as well for last minute plans and arrangements in spite of my concerns. Take care and hope to plan our next trip with your team in future. Planned and executed well, but cost could have been a bit lower compared to the itinerary."

"The conservancy experience stood out for us which included the camp, the guides, the food and of course Jui and Nirmalya."

"Our departure from Nairobi to Tsavo was delayed due to a scheduling miscommunication; however, this was ultimately insignificant. The birthday surprise was poorly executed and could have benefited from improved coordination. Despite these minor setbacks, we found the overall experience to be exceptional."

"Each & everything was perfect. From Mr Akshay who invested a lot of time in clearing all our queries to Mr Jimmy who made sure our drive was smooth at Nakuru to Mr Felix & Mr Ken who managed everything very well at Giraffe camp & a special thanks to chefs who made sure we ate well."

"“Overall right from initial planning, answering the queries n giving suggestion n execution was really good right from the time u land and till u leave, was taken care of and the hospitality was really good and professional. One thing I noticed is when we step out of Tent in early morning, twice the local guide was not there, so stepping out or calling the guide for any kind of help is a challenge- something u can work on it”"

"Timely receipt of essential information and details and clarity of such information was the key. It helped in our easier decision-making process. While I'm sure you took the efforts in conveying our specific dietary preferences and requirements to the hotels and lodges were stayed but we felt that in some resorts there was still difficulty in the local partners completely understanding such requirements which required us to explain again and also specifically request them to prepare some dishes after reaching the restaurant. This was the main concern we experienced. Also, in Masai Maara Porini Ol Kinyei camp one of the rooms allocated to us had a drainage issue and there was foul smell that was coming during our stay and this was addressed only after a day of stay thereby causing inconvenience."

"tinerary was well presented to us with all details. But the vouchers missed some details or were not matching with itinerary causing some issues at hotels. Safari camps were excellent and there were no issues with food or stay, well-furnished lodges and camps with ample choice of vegetarian food. Guides and the stay at Oi Kinyei private conservancy were top notch. Poring Cheetah camp and the hosts were the highlight of the safari trip and we would recommend to anybody."

"While my trip and experience including stay, meals and safari guides was extremely good. But would like to suggest a few improvements in trip coordination and information. Like Bush flights for me on going to Amboseli from Nairobi had a hitch where pilot had confusion in their itinerary record regarding my landing strip at Amboseli, as typically there are a number of landing strips these flights cover in one trip. The other issue was related to permissible luggage weight in Bush flight - I was told only 15 Kg is allowed (both check in and carry-on including camera etc). That information was wrong, as they do allow additional weight beyond 15 kg at extra cost of 3 USD per KG. I could have carried my 2nd bigger telephoto had I knew this. Rest everything was very good."

"Loved the attention to details, it was liberating to not having to deal with any vouchers, admin stuff, worry about timing, schedules, etc! The team took care of everything! The response was extremely timely. My anxiety was shooting to the sky closer to the trip as I've never given so much control of my itinerary and finances to anyone else, but Akshay ensured to calm my nerves, checking every last detail. We have never experienced this kind of proficiency and professionalism. I have already recommended this team to all of my friends and family 😉"

"Dear Mr. Nirmalya and Mrs. Jui, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share our heartfelt feedback regarding our recent trip to Kenya, which included stays at Amboseli, Sopa Naivasha, Sopa Nakuru, and Porini Cheetah Camp. Our experience was truly remarkable, and I would like to highlight the following points: Exceptional Hospitality: Your staff exhibited kindness, gentleness, and exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Their warm demeanour made us feel welcome at all times. Delicious Cuisine: The food was consistently delicious, sumptuous, and well-prepared, even given the constraints of remote locations. We truly appreciated the effort that went into each meal. Safari Packed Meals: While the variety in safari packed meals was commendable, we noticed they tended to cool down after several hours. Improved thermal insulation for food containers would enhance the experience. Personal Touch: You, the couple hosts were incredibly hospitable and caring. Their personal interactions with every guest added a special touch that we greatly appreciated. Outstanding Guides: Our wildlife guide, Mr. Kevin, and driver, Mr. Philips, were exemplary. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made our safari unforgettable—Bravo Zulu to them! Effective Management: We were impressed by Mr. John's command and control in overseeing operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Health Awareness: As a doctor, I observed the effects of fluoride on the local Maasai community, including your staff. It may be wise to consider measures to mitigate potential health risks associated with prolonged exposure to such hard water. Communication Enhancement: Implementing an intercom system between guest tents and the central room could greatly improve communication and enhance guest comfort. Tent Maintenance: A thorough cleaning of the carpets inside the tents would elevate the overall experience for guests. Overall, I would rate your care and hospitality as among the finest we have encountered. I would also like to express our gratitude to Mr. Akshay for his prompt responses and assistance throughout our journey. Once again, I am indeed thankful to Mrs Garima to introduce me to you and fulfil my dreams come true! We are looking forward to future trips with you in Africa and creating more wonderful memories together. Leena joins me in conveying my deepest gratitude to you and your team. Please enjoy the photograph of the leopard taken by me. Warm regards, Surg Cmde Prof Subhash Ranjan, NM,VSM (Ex Indian Navy) Medical Oncologist."
